POS System Services
Chip POS provides point-of-sale system solutions including but not limited to:
- Payment processing capabilities
- Inventory management
- Reporting and analytics
- Hardware integration services
- Customer support
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, Chip POS does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our POS systems or services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
Data Security
Chip POS implements industry-standard security measures to protect customer data and transaction information. However, users acknowledge that no system is completely immune to security breaches and use our services at their own risk.
Payment and Billing Terms
Service Fees
- Chip POS: $149 per month per location
- Chip POS Pro: $200 per month plus $99 per additional terminal
- Additional fees may apply for hardware, installation, and premium support services
Payment Terms
- All fees are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- Online directory distributors when they list us in the directory may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to other listed businesses
- Systemwide accredited businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our website

Hardware and Equipment
Hardware Compatibility
Chip POS services are compatible with approved hardware including Landi C20 Pro, Dejavoo, and Pax devices. Use of non-approved hardware may result in service limitations or compatibility issues.
Hardware Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of provided hardware
- Chip POS is not liable for hardware damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Replacement hardware may be available for purchase
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
Chip POS provides POS services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:
- Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
- Compatibility with all third-party software or services
- Protection against all security threats or data breaches
Liability Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and services. Chip POS shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits due to service interruptions
- Data loss not caused by our negligence
- Third-party integration failures
- Hardware malfunctions beyond our control
Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- Limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence
- Limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
- Exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law
Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Access to Chip POS services will be discontinued
- Customer data may be deleted after a reasonable transition period
- Hardware must be returned in good condition (excluding normal wear and tear)
Privacy and Data Protection
Chip POS collects and processes customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Chip POS operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right at any time and in our sole discretion to:
- Modify these terms and conditions
- Update our services and pricing
- Suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms
- Request removal of links to our website
By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any such modifications.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
